Advent Mix It Up Program
If you need a challenge and something to keep you going this program is for you. With a combination of exercises your body is guaranteed to go through some muscle confusion. Includes Sandbag, MetCon, TUT, TRX, Bootcamp and and fat loss workout.
If you're stuck for time or simply can't make it to the gym? Our At Home program has them covered! 12 weeks worth of workouts consisting of bodyweight and banded movements that can be completed from the comfort of their living room.
Dumbbell & Band Workout
This is a combination of dumbbell workout ( upper and lower body ). Select a weight that allows you to complete 10-18 reps and 2-4 sets. It also has a band workout on day 3 to complete the week!
Couch to 5K
This program is designed to help you run your first 5K with my 10 week Couch to 5K workout program. Perfect for the newbie runner!
