Supplement and Superfood Guide

The follow supplements are suggestions. If you are taking any prescription medications, you should discuss adding in supplements with your pharmacist and/or medical doctor prior to taking any. These supplements can be purchased at your local grocery store.  They should only be used, if you are having an issue getting your vitamins and minerals either because you do not cook a lot at home or are on the go. Supplements should not be used to replace whole food!
