Holiday time = Sugar time!

Holiday season + party season + sugary treat + drinks = where do those extra inches and weight come from. I think we all know the answer to that. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s a time to enjoy family and friends and you might even enjoy those not so friends you wanna be around ( that’s where the drinks come into play “wink”) . Just be smart and aware of how much and what your consuming. If you plan on drinking research what you think you may drink. Know approximately how many calories you will be slamming down your throat. A smart man or woman show know where those extra pounds and inches came from .
